Director dossier

Adam Ian Stratmeyer, J.D.

Stratmeyer Analytica is the professional consulting and auditing practice operated by Adam Ian Stratmeyer. The practice sits at the intersection of legal compliance, behavioral science, and systems engineering. This page is a dossier, not a brand story.

Compliance & auditing background

Prior to operating the practice, Adam served as Graduate Compliance Officer in the Office of Research at the University of South Dakota. In that capacity he reviewed over 300 human-subjects research protocols, managed compliance structures, and served as an alternate member of the Institutional Review Board. That work is the operational foundation of the HIPAA, FERPA, and IRB audits the firm conducts.

Academic & clinical experience

Former higher-education faculty (Western Dakota Technical College, 2018–2022) teaching psychology, sociology, human relations, and speech communications. Current fieldwork as a youth development specialist in PRTF and ARU settings (WellFully / related high-acuity residential care). The behavioral-strategy practice line is grounded in that work, not in a slide deck about "trauma-informed culture."

Adjacent operations

Lead researcher at the Observable Compute Foundation, a 501(c)(3) concerned with observability in processing entities. The Foundation and the Analytica practice share a director and a method; they do not share a tax status or a client list.
